Say hello. Over SSH, like everything else.
There is no form and no ticket. You reach a person the same way you run the address — one connection. Your SSH key is the only identity involved: no email asked for, no password set.
$ ssh hello.kikopod.com say "how does this work behind CGNAT?"
Anyone may say hello — no account needed.
What that looks like
You say something; a person answers. Come back with the same key to read it.
That is the whole of getting in touch. No inbox of ours to reach, no reference number to keep. The key you connected with is the conversation from then on.
The reply is waiting behind the same key. Nothing was emailed anywhere; the answer lives in the conversation, and only the key that started it can read it.
Why it works this way
The whole product is operated over SSH, so this is too. It is not a gimmick: your key is an identity we never have to store, verify or reset. We keep no email address, issue no ticket, and set no password — there is simply less of you for us to lose.
A person reads every message. Anything about a suspended pod, or an address you are worried about, reaches the same place.
